All About Scripture Memorization, Part 1

It could be said that the cornerstone of the Bible Bee is scripture memorization.  Participants in the Summer Study will have 2 passages each week to memorize.  These passages will vary in length depending on the age division you are in.  By the end of the 8-week session, you could have memorized as many as 14 Bible passages. How to Use the Discovery Journal

When you register for the Bible Bee Summer Study, you will receive a study guide called the Discovery Journal.  This Bible study is designed to be used throughout the 8-week Summer Study program.  Participants complete one lesson per day, 5 days per week. For Beginner and Primary participants, especially those participating for the first time, it will most likely be necessary for a parent to work through the Discovery Journal with their child.  Juniors, Seniors, and some older Primary participants should be able to work independently. Having a plan of how to study will help you to make the most of the Discovery Journal.  Here are some steps you can follow or modify so that your study tim
